OurDisk proudly announces video streaming in our latest upgrade. Due to high demand from our media agency clients increasing introducing video to their clients, OurDisk now has a fast way for you to get feedback and sign-off on video files.

Here’s an example:

You have filmed your day’s rushes and need feedback quickly from key stakeholders to move forward. Instead of burning to DVD and sending via the post (costing you valuable time & money), you can upload to your OurDisk file system. Your client or team have immediate viewing using their own secure login to access the available files. When your client logs in they don’t need to download the file – they can just view streaming in the browser (currently MP4 compatibility only). Each user can add notes to about the file in the ‘description’ field if you give them permission to do so. You can even track whether your client has logged in and downloaded the file.

Another exciting addition will be the ability to view your video files streaming to your mobile phone or iPad (due for release very soon).
